- All hunts have 4 hunters per hunt. The hunt ratio runs 2 hunters per guide.
- Deposit needs to be received by the time the application is submitted for the draw. If you do not draw you will be refunded your deposit. We only accept money orders and cashier's checks; cash and personal checks are not accepted.
- If you are successful in the draw (the results post in June), half of the hunt cost is due within 30 days of draw results. The remaining balance is to be paid by September 1 of that hunt year.
- If you are unsuccessful on your draw, please inquire about possible landowner options available for both elk and deer. Inquiries on private land owner hunts are welcome.
- All deer hunters must purchase their license in state prior to hunt. Please visit the New Mexico Game and Fish website.
- All hunters must purchase the $5 habitat management and $4 habitat management and access validation stamps prior to hunt.
- Please make sure you are committed to hunting what you have put your deposit on. Any cancellations on hunts after the draw will result in no refunding of the deposit. If you are successful and fail to show up for the hunt the entire cost of the hunt is still due.
